Dan Potts is our CFO. Dan is a chartered accountant and a seasoned finance leader in the staffing and recruitment sector, bringing a wealth of experience from various high-growth and transitional environments including entrepreneurial, owner-managed, PE-backed, and publicly listed companies. At Green Group, Dan oversees all financial, tax, risk, legal, M&A, and investor/banking relations, steering the company through its rapid domestic and international growth.

With a particular fondness for working within the SME space, Dan excels in navigating businesses through scale-up phases and organizational changes to achieve ambitious business objectives. His background in technology and recruitment, combined with his international focus, has enabled him to play a pivotal role in several successful business exits in recent years.
