Charlie is a Partner at Green Group and the EMEA Director at TGRC, overseeing teams in the UK, Spain, and Germany. With a total of 11 years experience, he began his career in energy recruitment in 2014, specialising in Transmission & Distribution (T&D) and grid innovation, and has supported international energy businesses across Europe.

Charlie joined TGRC as a Manager in 2020, bringing a strong focus on the onshore wind and solar sectors. Since then, he has steadily grown the EMEA team, expanding operations into new markets, sectors, and emerging technologies.

He works closely with clients to support their growth and hiring strategies across EMEA, covering the full project lifecycle in wind, solar, and energy storage, as well as cleantech and hydrogen. Charlie provides a range of recruitment solutions, including permanent contingent hiring, retained search, and RPO services.
