Joe is a Partner at Green Group and the EMEA Director at TGRC, overseeing contract recruitment across the region. With a total of 12 year’s experience, he began his career in energy recruitment in 2014, specialising in renewable energy generation, and has supported international energy businesses across Europe.
Joe joined TGRC as a Manager in 2022, bringing a strong focus on the offshore wind and solar sectors.
He works closely with clients to support their complete workforce planning, managing complex international mobilisations and delivering scarce talent on remote and challenging schemes.
