Qihan is a Green Group Partner and Director of TGRC’s Asia Pacific business. She joined The Green Recruitment Company in 2012 after completing a masters degree in International Business Management at the University of Surrey, and led the launch of the firm’s first overseas office in China. Based in Beijing, Qihan has built a cross-border practice delivering senior talent solutions for renewable energy, grid technology, industrial decarbonisation, and climate-focused non-profits. Her work spans retained search and broader strategic mid-to-senior hiring across project development, investment, engineering, and policy. Known for her regional insight and ability to navigate fragmented talent markets, Qihan supports clients across Asia Pacific in building high-impact teams that drive the energy transition.
