Rory is a Green Group Partner and VP of North America for TGRC Inc. He holds a law degree from the University of Liverpool and has specialised in direct hires and retained search within the global energy finance and infrastructure sectors since 2016. Rory began his career recruiting across renewable energy finance roles in London before relocating as a founding member of our TGRC Inc launch team in New York city. Rory oversees senior mandates across investment, finance, and commercial leadership, supporting clients including investment banks, developers, asset managers, and private equity funds. His search portfolio spans C-suite and board-level placements as well as leadership roles in origination, project finance, and capital markets. Rory has a particular specialism in helping clean energy businesses scale their investment and finance teams. Appointed as Vice President in 2023, Rory is based in Midtown Manhattan and plays a key role in the growth of TGRC’s US business as well as the wider Green Goup strategy.
