Stephen Redmond is the Group Marketing & Operations Director of Green Group.

Stephen is an MBA and has worked in the talent solutions sector since graduating from University College London in 2006. Initially specialising in construction and engineering recruitment as a consultant before moving to support functions and specialising in marketing and technical business operations. Stephen joined the Group in 2016.

Stephen leads on the groups marketing, bids and proposals strategy and oversees our tech stack, he is a member of CIM and APMP and is a qualified project manager. Stephen routinely works with clients on market intelligence and research projects including salary surveys, competitor benchmarking and analysis.

In 2021 the support team won the APSCo Support Team of the Year award.
