2010
TGRC Founded – the first company in the group is founded to provide a dedicated recruitment service focused on the green energy and technology sector
2013
Green Executives founded – originally named Zinc Consultants the company was created by executives from the energy sector
2014
Our first overseas office was launched in Beijing the TGRC office was founded to work more closely with the manufacturers shaping green energy and technology
2018
TGRC wins the APSCo Recruitment Company of the Year Award. We also open our office in Australia
2020
Our international expansion continues with the launch of our US offices in New York and Orlando. In following years, we open offices in Cape Town, Dusseldorf, Madrid, Amsterdam and Singapore
2022
Green Group is formed following the merger of TGRC and Green Executives. Our aim to be an end-to-end provider of talent solutions is enhanced by the natural synergy of two specialist firms that are at the cutting edge of their talent solution
2024
As a group we pass the $20m annual revenue milestone. After being a Carbon Neutral Company for 3 years, we take our desire for social value further by becoming a registered B Corporation
